Friends of Rutgers (FOR) is a network of citizens who see higher education as a priority in New Jersey. FOR members understand that adequate state and federal support is essential for top-quality public education, while a highly trained workforce and innovative research are fundamental to New Jersey's economic growth.

Members serve as a local resource, keeping civic, business and community leaders and neighbors informed of the many ways in which Rutgers programs enhance the lives of New Jersey's citizens and beyond.
